Modern Japanese Style Kitchens
I found this style very interesting and appealing. I like how they integrate the kitchen in open space concepts and make the kitchen itself a focal point!! I hope you enjoy this post!!
This kitchen is very simple but very complex at the same time. It is simple because there are not too many elements, they seem to be minimalist, and they do not required to much storage space and may be they do not cook to often in this kitchen. I find it complex because they use too many focal points ( lamps, artwork, table and chairs, island) and too many textures and patterns but overall they achieve to complete the look. I find this interesting!
This is another example but this one it is more harmonious and formal they keep a neutral color pallet with a pop of colors with the chairs that are very interesting in shape also. the window on the back of the island is exhibiting a beautiful view so when they are washing dishes the have something beautiful to contemplate. It is very interesting the cupboard because is all transparent and the recessed lighting is illuminating the white china like art. Other interesting element is the two chandeliers hanging at each side of the air extractor and the contrast of the style, they incorporated the island the air extractor and the chandeliers as a focal point. Totally uncluttered and clean this kitchen form part of the open space concept apartment. I love the simplicity yet the sophistication of this space.
This is very sophisticated and it could blend in any space, I found it very beautiful but I doubt that anyone can cook in that kitchen for me this kitchen is for somebody that do not require spent to much time in the kitchen. The draw back is that this kitchen is that do not have storage, cooling system, etc; at the most may be you can prepare tea and that is about it.
